SEB-UPH is an organization in the university level that has the right to execute working programs based on the needs and interests of UPH students. This organization also facilitates the students to increase their potential, broaden their networks, and enlarge their leadership abilities.

The President of SEB-UPH is elected in the General Election by the whole students of UPH. The President then has the prerogative right to choose who will be involved as the SEB-UPH members for a period of one year.

SEB-UPH consists of five departments, as followed, Student and Organization Development Department, Community Services Department, Interests and Talents Development Department, Internal Relations Department, and External Relations Department.
